This site

Everything published here — text, photographs, renders, the wordmark and the design — belongs to Circolo or to the people who made it with us. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own.

Requests are not agreements

Submitting an invitation request or an institutional brief does not create membership, a seat, a booking, or a contract. Membership is by invitation. Nothing is paid before an invitation is accepted, and any project is delivered under a separate written agreement and a quotation issued on the brief.

What we ask of you

When you write to us:

• —Tell the truth about who you are and what you do.
• —Write only about yourself, or about people who have agreed to be mentioned.
• —Do not use these forms to sell to us, to our members, or to our clients.
• —Do not send confidential material belonging to someone else.

Rooms and conduct

Seats are personal and cannot be transferred or resold. Everyone in a room agrees to The Discretion Standard: no publishing of who was present, no photographs of guests without written consent, and no using the room as a sales floor. We may withdraw a seat or a membership where that is broken.

Fees and quotations

Institutional work is quoted on the brief and confirmed in writing before anything begins. Membership terms are set out in the invitation. Figures shown anywhere on this site are indicative and are not an offer.

Availability and change

Dates, cities and formats can move; we publish them in good faith and confirm them to members first. We may change or withdraw parts of this site without notice.

Liability

This site is provided as it stands. Nothing here is legal, financial or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome from a relationship, a room or an introduction. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

How we handle what you send us is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, and disputes are subject to the courts of the ADGM.
